Rozhetskin disappeared in the early hours of March 16 after his jet, which is registered in the Cayman Islands, flew to Latvia.
The plane had been parked on a remote part of Birmingham airport for five days after being diverted from Luton.
It took off at 7.30pm on Saturday March 15 bound for Riga and Mr Rozhetskin is believed to have been the only passenger on board.
